Working principle of automatic filter

1. Feed:

Open the vent valve and send the feed liquid into the filter by the pump.

2. Formation of filter cake layer:

Circulate filtration to make the cake layer reach a certain thickness.

3. Filtration:

Filtrate clear, by the flow, liquid level, filter cake thickness, time, pressure to determine the next link.

4. Liquid discharge:

(1) The filtrate is pressed back into the raw material tank. (2) The residual liquid is sent to the top of the filter for atomization and spraying, allowing the gas to take away the liquid and blow dry. (3) Press dry from the bottom press dry area. (4) If the process to discharge thick pulp, reach a certain concentration and then discharge thick pulp.

5. Washing:

Add clear liquid with spray atomization by gas to take away water, so that filter cake washing more water-saving.

6. Dry:

The washed filter cake is dried by adding appropriate gas to minimize the moisture content of the filter cake. Generally, air, nitrogen or steam is used to take away the moisture content of the filter cake.

7. Take off the cake:

Blow back with gas to make the filter bag swell and the filter cake falls off quickly.

8. Slag discharge:

Open the bottom slag discharge, open the auxiliary slag discharge valve, and fill in air to promote slag discharge.

9. Cleaning:

The filter cloth is washed repeatedly with the cleaning liquid to restore the filtering effect, and different cleaning liquids and cleaning methods are selected according to the chemical properties of the material.
